I come here at least 2 times a week and I love it. The staff is always welcoming and I enjoy the relaxed energy of this place. I always get coffee at a reasonable time. Never waited longer than 5 minutes for my coffee. The wifi is fast and it's a nice place to sit and get work done. Or just to sit and collect your thought before a busy work day. Starbucks is very consistent with the quality they deliver good coffee and I dont mind the prices other than some people who think that it's over priced. But not me. I'm not big on cheap coffee I enjoy paying more for better quality and a good space. ~Blake

I don't know what the big deal is when people enter the salon within attitude, of course you're going to get dirty looks from people. I walked in wait a few minutes someone cut my hair nicely and I left I don't know what the big deal is. I will be back Service: Haircut ~william

BY FAR the worst experience I have ever had giving blood. I would rather stick a needle in myself than go back to this place. The girls here acted like I was inconveniencing them the entire time and didn't want to answer any of my questions or even deal with me. They did not clean the room in between patients along with a handful of other biohazards in the bathroom and exam/collection rooms. They complained of being low on supplies which is unacceptable (close down if you can't be clean). I was appalled. The girl who did my blood collection was rough, impatient and left a HUGE, hard, black bruise on my arm. I told her with the initial stick that it hurt and had never hurt like that before but she just responded that there is a needle in my arm. No kidding. I left feeling awful and will never go back to this location for any reason. I wish I could post a picture of how my arm still looks, even 4 days later. ~raven
