I own a 2015 BMW X3 with 80,000+ miles. I had a leak in the front and needed new brakes. I brought my car to my BMW dealer who quoted me over $6,000. My car is only worth $12,000 on Carvana so that made no sense. My neighbor has used Split Second for over 10 years and referred me to them. I drove in to their spacious parking lot and was greeted by their Sev, the affable owner. He had his team immediately put my car on a lift and after a quick diagnosis, showed me around the underbelly of my car and exactly what service I needed. Later in the day he called me with a quote thousands of dollars less that my dealer and repaired my car the next day. When I brought my car in for the repair, he had a driver drive me home and then pick me up after my repair was completed. It doesn’t get any better than this. I will never bring my car in to my dealer again. I've got an awesome repair shop that I trust will keep my diesel car humming along for at least 5 more years. And I know many others feel the same way. While I was in the shop, a steady stream of customers kept coming in seeking inspections and other repairs and were all treated with the same efficient service.
