Store is very neat and staff is helpful and courteous. Excellent women's shoe department, especially sneakers. Not a big selection of dress clothes and styles somewhat limited. A bit pricey. I miss Urban Pipeline and Apartment 9. ~Phyllis

Two girls were working 1:30 on 5-24. I’m grateful they were nice employees. Ive been traveling and had a long few days, my daughter has been grumpy. We came to the store, and my kid started crying over toys, and the worker blew up a balloon and asked if she could give it to my daughter. This made a world of difference for us, and I wanted to say I appreciate the kindness. Some days you just don’t know how far a little act of kindness goes. Also to add this 7-11 is usually great, no issues. ~Chelsea

Used to be fine. Has some new owners who must be religious fundamentalists or something because they no longer sell beer. Literally 99% of my reason to ever go to a 7-eleven ~Mark

I had vaccine appointment on August 19th for Tdap at 3.40 pm. I went to Rite Aid with an expectation that I will get the Tdap vaccine as I have small baby in our home and doctors requires us to take Tdap vaccine. After giving my insurance and all information they said I have to pay $88 dollars in addition to what my insurance will pay rest. Whereas I went to Walmart Centereach Pharmacy and after running my insurance they said I had to pay nothing and no co-pay is needed. In RiteAid pharmacist were not helpful, they took longer time to tell me that i had co-pay. Stuffs has little to no knowledge. Worst experience ever. Please Dep of Health, NY or other officials please investigate RiteAid and their health care services ~Md.
