This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience at this location, and this time was enough for me to complain, because this experience was disgusting.
I came to this location with my girlfriend (this Sunday) over an hour before closing, and most of the lights were off. A young guy was on the phone with the doors shut. As I drove to the door area he comes up and asks what I want with an unpleasant expression, after telling him he goes to retrieve the items as if he’s annoyed and bothered. When he comes back to the car I kindly remind him of one of the items he didn’t grab, and he, now pissed off, goes to get the item. When I give him the money and he gets the change he quickly walks to my car in a hurry to get back to his seemingly important phone call and practically tosses my change into my window as well as forgetting to put a lid on one of my drinks and my pregnant girlfriend spilled her drink on herself grabbing it. After he basically tosses my change in my car he says nothing after seeing what happened and storms back in and angrily slams the door shut, and this wasn’t a little slam, he slammed the door shut so hard that my girlfriend jumped and got startled. He then turns the lights off, and sits back down to continue yelling on the phone at whoever he felt was important enough to disrespect us over. Apparently his phone call must have been an unpleasant one, but to disrespect me like that and stress out my pregnant girlfriend who had to clean lemonade off of herself because of his little temper tantrum is absolutely ridiculous. Something needs to be done, because I’m not accepting this behavior. This location needs to check and reprimand their employees, because after this outburst he shouldn’t even still have a job there. This is unacceptable and disgusting. ~John
