I have never had any problems at a Costco. There is always someone up front who can help you find out where a product and whether there is even any in the store. The employees seem to be enjoying the job and that is a plus. ~Michael

Employees are great, fantastic customer service. the manager verbally abused an employee for dropping a package. It accidentally fell to the ground. I saw the package fall to the ground by it self. There was no need To Verbally abuse someone. The manager needs to correct the Employee in private but Sadly I hear Everything. Not Good, come on FEDEX ~E
