Stop complaining. Your transaction is worth pennies to these people, don't expect them to fawn over you like they should be grateful to just be in your presence. If you think it is easy to find quality customer service based employees at or near minimum wage keep dreaming. This location while small, has always received my delivers and shipments. It is not their job to ensure your package is ready to ship so stop being so lazy and entitled and have your act together. I always come in with my items actually ready to ship and receive adequate service. Certainly not something to rave over, but the service and location is fitting for what services they provide. ~Chris
