Love their pretzels but they need to update hours they are open on website. Checked online before heading up and said they open at 11a.m. but got there at almost noon and they were closed. Waited for them to open and be made. ~Sandra

This is the first comic shop I ever went to. I was 12 years old and believe I got a free Dazzler #1 from Janine way back in 1983. As a teenager I would spend some of my paycheck here on a weekly pull list when you could get 20 comics or more for 20 bucks. I built a heck of a collection shopping here over the years. I even sold a lot of it back to them when I moved to California in the mid 90’s. I haven’t been around here in a long time as I live out of state but will be in the Utica/Rome area for the next 8-12 months and will be stopping by the best comic shop around with the best owner ever. I don’t know who is around anymore. I only really remember Janine and the guy Joe who I was decently acquainted with. I never felt like a customer here. It was always a more friendly welcoming atmosphere to me. See you soon, Ravenswood. ~Jason

Absolutely horrible expeirence...bought a 400 dollar Anderson door (special order) They sent me home with the wrong door and had the wrong door installed...its been 2 months and all I get is the run around...I would never recommend them. I will never do business with them again. 2 months later I still don't have the door I ordered! ~JENNIFER

Will never go back to Walmart for tires ever again! After spending $1,030 on 4 tires. They Blamed me for them installing a dud tire saying I shredded the inside of my own tire by driving it 2 days. And nothing they can do to replace the garbage tire they gave me ! Not recommended for anyone . They did nothing but try to cover their own and blamed me as a customer. Service: Tires ~Haley

The cashier at the Commercial Drive New Hartford location, Anna, AnneMarie, whatever name she is using these days, black woman was extremely rude to me. Very aggressively threw my stuff in the paper bag. She was not friendly at all. I think someone should retrain her on how be a better customer service representative because right now, her attitude leaves a lot to be desired ~Dani

The pharmacist was actually shutting down and I hadn't had my medicine I need to live with on a daily in five days. Most pharmacies stopped taking my insurance. This young lady said wait right here I'll get it for in and was done in an instant! When you've struggled for days and have been without and someone takes the time even though they should be going home-thats very grateful! I love their pharmacy and the people here are very polite! ~Patricia
