I visited the Norwich location on Monday October 31st. Had some questions in the electronic department. The "customer service" person in there, Ella, was extremely rude and not very friendly. When asked several questions I was getting responses like "I don't know what to tell you". When I asked if there was someone there who "would be able to tell me" she responded with a "no". When I asked if I had to go up to customer service and ask them if there was anyone there that could help me, she again responded with "I don't know what to tell you". When I did go up to customer service the manager I spoke with, Clare was VERY helpful and professional. Overall, today's experience was very, VERY disappointing! ~Eric

The girls here are super friendly! Very easy to get acquainted with them. They do an amazing job with hair and nails! The only thing I wish was that my nails lasted 2 weeks. They always started to fall off after 3-4 days. I could've scheduled a fix and I am sure they would've worked with me, it was just hard for me to do that with my work schedule. Overall I love this place! And for sure will come back! 😁 ~Brandee
