Great popcorn and great caramel popcorn. Service is excellent opening on time. Byes is a landmark in Olcott NY since 1923 an icon where people from all over come to enjoy the popcorn. Today July 10, 2022, 1pm standing in line we met a couple from North Carolina, the last time that she visited Byes she was 5yo. Very excited to be back and wanting to share Byes with Friends in N C . She took a couple of pictures of the building to share and that is wheneverything went sideways and got ugly. The owner got rude and so did the two other people working. We will not return, there are a few other really good popcorn places in the area. Never have I witnessed such childish behavior from adults. Really rude and hurtful when perhaps they may enjoy just how much visitors love and enjoy Byes wanting to share pictures and spread the word of good popcorn. Now I spread the word of an ugly experience that will stay with me the rest of my life and certainly the couple from NC will have little good to say as well.
