Specific to Palisades NY Post office. The website to schedule a passport appointment does not work. Just spins and you can't schedule. My son went to the post office and they will not do a passport without an appointment. When trying to schedule, it does say appointment take 5min. There was 1 person in post office and yet the postman could not do a 5 min appointment and would not schedule. Seems like someone just doesn't want to do their job. And we wonder why our country is such a mess and no one wants to work. ~Fara
