When I started to post my signs on the Philmont post office's bulletin board, Jennifer, the post master, originally had said to me that we cannot post signs on their bulletin board if we are doing it for profit. So I have been posting our signs there as we gain no profit as a group but they have been taken down more frequently (three times a day) recently. Guess who has been taking them down? - The post master, who had told me that the post office wasn't taking them down at all, was sneakily taking down early mornings and in the afternoons.
As soon as I found that out this morning watching the post office from outside, I asked her why. She said we have to be registered as a non-profit organization. Then when I asked her if the other groups who post their signs are registered as non-profit, she had to take down almost all the signs in front of me.
She also said that our signs are also political and they got complaints. I think this was the real reason.
This world has been politically divided these years but we have been only trying to help people and make a better community. If I would "complain" about whatever other people post there because it's "political", it can be removed? Is this really a free nation???
The United States Postal Service has largely supported the Democratic Party during the last election and committed their election fraud.
I am sick of the political divisions, dominations, based on such double standards, and the people who only care about themselves acting as if they cared for others. ~r
