Staff were missing and left a sign saying they had gone to the bathroom, waited over 20 minutes for them to return, found the bathroom 10 mins in and knocked on the door to which someone inside responded they would be right out. Several customers left waiting. I left after 20 minutes being unserved and no one had returned. ~Peter

Two things that I noticed about how JP team plays and love it. One, coaches never scream during the game, they are quietly watching and trusting the players. Second, team players seems to have a wireless connection to each other. They play like one person. It is fun to watch. ~Nadya

We love this place - not only for our current dog Susie the golden doodle, but we brought all our dogs here for years. They are friendly, amicable, reasonable, compassionate, and as it turns out all of the dogs I’ve had love to be there. Also, bring my cat to get her claws clipped. Super sweet.
