On Thursday spent over 2 hours to try to change cellular from Metro (satisfied customer over 10 years) to AT&T. Stores iPads kept freezing and/or not allowing to continue. Was only able to set up one of two lines. Was asked to come back following day. Store would set up prior to me coming back and just have to get SIM card. Store Called during day saying they needed ID again of person who was working a double shift at Rikers and was unavailable. (Store already had copy of license from night before on first line). Was asked to bring in license while law enforcement officer drove to work without - which is illegal!!!!!!! Said no. Got mgr involved. Emailed him pics front and back of license. Was supposed to take care of so just had to go in and get SIM card. NEVER DID!!!!!! Spent over an hour in store on Friday before could get SIM card. VERY UNHAPPY!!!!!!!! I'm paying more for this service and have already had more problems then entire 10 years with Metro!!!!!!!!!!! Over 3 hours of my time wasted and not sure how future service will be! ~Tracey
