HORRIBLE!! Two weeks now trying to get my antibiotic. Pharmacy calls says it's there, I go to pick up and no they have nothing. Go home and call my doctor who assures me he's called it in and will look into it. Doctor calls the pharmacy himself and is told its' ready for me to pick up. I go and low and behold they can't find it. Nor can they find the rx for the person before or after me. What actually goes on here? Awful service... ~Mary
AT&T Store
On Thursday spent over 2 hours to try to change cellular from Metro (satisfied customer over 10 years) to AT&T. Stores iPads kept freezing and/or not allowing to continue. Was only able to set up one of two lines. Was asked to come back following day. Store would set up prior to me coming back and just have to get SIM card. Store Called during day saying they needed ID again of person who was working a double shift at Rikers and was unavailable. (Store already had copy of license from night before on first line). Was asked to bring in license while law enforcement officer drove to work without - which is illegal!!!!!!! Said no. Got mgr involved. Emailed him pics front and back of license. Was supposed to take care of so just had to go in and get SIM card. NEVER DID!!!!!! Spent over an hour in store on Friday before could get SIM card. VERY UNHAPPY!!!!!!!! I'm paying more for this service and have already had more problems then entire 10 years with Metro!!!!!!!!!!! Over 3 hours of my time wasted and not sure how future service will be! ~Tracey

Overpriced as usual on most Items so I went somewhere else for my food snacks drinks and dessert. All I wanted was a twisted tea the price said $2.79 the guy scanned it to for him to tell me is $4 & change I walked out and bought food somewhere else that didn't overcharge and try to rip me off. ~dreamchasir
Central Station Market Newsstand
Excellent customer service, I was in a hurry because I had to catch the train. They gave me the item in like 30 seconds and I was able to catch my train. Store is conveniently located right in front of the tracks. overall Top-notch customer service. Definitely going back there again. 5 stars!!! ~Sherry
