Incompetent clerk. I wanted to ship to parcels but he claimed the scale in the office does not work. He was most unhelpful and indifferent about his job. Did not tell me where the next post office would be. He just walked at the back of the post office to take a phone call. That was the end of our customer service experience. ~Saara
