My wife and I have been working on a mortgage loan since July 10th. We were told that the bank had all of our information, so we were simply waiting to hear about the next step. My wife has had many unanswered emails as she has sent requests on updates for our process, and I have to call our loan officer constantly for a week or two before I can get a call back. It took almost a month for them to tell us that they still needed documents from us, and proceeded to rush us in getting in the paperwork, when they could have notified us a lot sooner when we kept trying to get in touch with them. All of this occurred BEFORE the preapproval process. I called July 31 at 2:58pm and I left a voicemail for the manager to make a complaint and have yet to receive a call back from them. While I understand that the mortgage process can take a lot of time, I do not think that this excuses lack of communication. I highly discourage enrolled members from using them on the reservation. ~Israel
