Out of town traveler like so many are during the thanksgiving holidays. Pulled over from the drive at a Citgo CONVENIENCE store gas station called market basket and Had to use the restroom and needed a CONVENIENT place to stop. Went in and politely inquired as to where the restrooms were and was met with the surly reply of “you gonna BUY something?!” Well I wasn’t planning on it. I just needed to use the PUBLIC restroom that CONVENIENT stores generally provide to travelers. MOST travelers probably do get gas or drinks or snacks... and I probably would have if it hadn’t been for his unbelievably nasty and condescending tone... but after that unprofessional greeting, not only did I NOT use the facilities, nor purchase anything, I will NEVER stop there again if I’m in the area and DO want a drink or gas AND I’m spending 5 minutes writing this review to warn others to be prepared to PAY to use the toilet if you frequent this joint and have to relieve yourself lest ye be assaulted with the accusation of wanting to use a PUBLIC restroom without purchase. Put a sign on the door. Purchase required to pee. Or better yet, charge admission to lieu... like the say in bridge to terabithia when the bullies are charging milk money to the little kids to get to use the bathroom... “ FREE TO PEE!! FREE TO PEE!! FREE TO PEE!!” A little customer service goes a LOOONNNGGGG way. I had a great restroom stop across the street.. went in, did my thing, and THEN bought a drink! ~Anna

I only went to this store because everything else was closed. Employee was on phone before I walked in. I couldn't find what I was looking for but employee kept complaining on phone about personal issues. When I checked out she charged me full price for items on sale. When I looked at receipt and went back into store she was still on phone complaining. To avoid another wasted trip I tried to call the next night to see if the vendor had restocked products that they were out of. The line was busy all night because employee was on the phone just like the night before. It's one thing to get no service from a lazy employee with a bad attitude but couldn't the manager require the employees to use their personal phones for personal calls instead of tying up a business line. Just because it's night shift doesn't mean customer service is irrelevant. After 13 busy signals I'm just going to go to bed and go to a store that values customers tomorrow. ~James

The young Lady that helped me today was amazing. She was so kind and thorough. I was really in a hurry however it was my fault and I didn't rush but as we were telling her what we were doing she went out of her way to expedite things. I only wish I had ask her name. Was there earlier today for chicken & potato wedges. Cashier was extremely rude & angry toward us in front of other customers, said she was a cashier not a cook. We told her she had a bad attitude she told us to get the f.. out & not come back. She was very verbal about the situation. The same cashier was there last weekend on Saturday complaining about the same thing ~Donna
