I wish I could leave negative stars. They screw up EVERY RX treat I have had filled there. I call in advance to explain what’s going on and what to be prepared to do. Some of my meds are self pay. I explained this to them 3 times (3) They still tried to send it through my insurance and made me reschedule my flight that I had previously booked. I rescheduled for 2 days after they said my RX would be filled. You would think that would be fine. You would be wrong at this place. Now I have a flight tomorrow (Friday) and they say they tell me it will be Monday because they didn’t order it and my insurance will only pay for 7 days. Now I have to rebook again for next Tuesday. $400.00 in rebooking charges because they can’t figure out how to make a not of what to do. They sell sticky pads there. USE THEM. ~Greg
