This bank is absolutely the most amazing bank. They are very nice and very helpful when you have any questions about banking or financial issues. I would highly recommend them. Only bad part is they need more locations. Jacksonville is the one I go to and I absolutely love them! ~Kimberly

Charged 10$ because company failed to deliver card in timely fashion, then added card to wrong account. Needs better training. ~Not

After banking with Marine Federal for over 25 years, I switched to First Bank 5 years ago because I moved and it was more convenient to my new location. I've stayed with them - and will continue to stay, no matter my location - because of the *outstanding* customer service. I had never realized how completely lousy my previous banking experiences had been until I switched to First Bank. As will happen from time to time, I've needed help with financial "snafus", and without exception the representatives of this bank have outdone themselves helping me in every way -- and with unfailing good cheer. Recommend most highly!!! ~Chief

Without a doubt THE WORST bank I've ever had to deal with. I've worked for the same person for over a YEAR. same person writes me a check every week, for around the same amount, they call him EVERY TIME to verify his check. They always say "well if u had an account here...". I would NEVER want my bank calling me to verify every check coming through my account. What a hassle. Who is that bored they want their phone ringing with every check they write? I mean c'mon now after the first few dozen times of waking up a 79 year old with dementia, you'd think they'd catch on... unless u are super bored and really need the attention, I would highly recommend taking your banking needs elsewhere! ~Chrissy

This bank has a terrible atmosphere. The older woman teller there has a horrible attitude and, to be honest, really none of them have a pleasant attitude. Could claim a "bad hair day", but they're always like that. ~Punkin

Honestly these employees that work there now are so nice and enthusiastic every single time I’m in there. They go above and beyond to educate their customers on the sales and opportunities to save money! It’s such a breath of fresh air to go into a place that actually has nice employees that seem like they want to be there and enjoy their job! ~Kamryn

My husband and I each bought one of the sip and save on the 9th of this month. Went in today to get our drinks the first drink rang up just fine but the next one didn't so we were forced to pay for the soda. They never offered to even try to figure it out they just wanted to charge us for another sip and save. We have been coming to this circle k for 2 years always had good service. But have noticed lately that the people they are hiring is really bring the service down. Hope things will go back to the good service it use to be ~Sandra
