I will never go to this place again. This has been our traditional stop for years on our twice monthly commute. The young woman behind the counter was maskless. She was visiting with a man, also maskless. When I approached to pay, I stood 6 ft away. The man said “you can come on, I’m just visiting”. When I explained that I wanted to maintain distance he went into a “this is a Republican state” rant. He never moved and the clerk did not ask him to. He stood in front of the door. It appears that, since they were friends, she needn’t have been afraid to ask him to be respectful. ~Alison

This is the best pharmacy ever! They go way above and beyond!!! I drive 2 hours to them just to get my prescriptions filled, that’s how amazing they are! ~Bradley

Store nasty, cluttered, merchandise all over floor, carts with new stock sitting everywhere. But didn't have the item I usually buy here. This was the Jackson Heights location in Kinston. ~Daniel
