the employees in this bank appear to be racist. they took an official bank check - considered cash - and instead of depositing into the account liek they were supposed to, they kept the money. When you contact customer service, they will make it seem like they're trying to fix the problem, but they actually won't. They'll railroad you instead of giving you the money like the laws say they have to. this bank kept 10,000 deposit beyond the date they were supposed to. then, they locked the account so customer service could not be contacted. be careful or they'll screw you over, then give you lip service but not correct the problem, like they did us. ~nero
