I live in Pinehurst but work in Mt. Gilead. In the 19 years I have lived down here I have only banked with BB&T, and at this location. The employees are very friendly and knowledgable and have gone over and above each and every time I have had any issues; lost card, mortgage, stolen identity, etc. The folks at this branch went straight to work and set things right. I cannot say enough about the great experience I've had with BB&T. ~Daniel
