Staff is usually courteous and very polite. There's a few bad apples, but that's with anywhere you go. Janice is always extremely kind and always willing to help everyone get the best deals on available products. I'm unsure if the new workers have been trained up right or not, but they're lacking on manners a bit. Other than that, I'll be a regular customer. ~Bree
