I came here for the first time today. I asked for a shorter cut without having any real clue of what I wanted other than shorter. I believe Diane is the name of the stylist I saw. She asked me questions and double checked on length during the cut and I walked on it with the perfect haircut for me. Highly recommend ~Meg
