First time going in this store. Immediately bad customer service. No one came up to see if I needed help or anything. Like 5 people was working and nobody was in there. Like come on make yourself productive and help customers out that spend over $100 in the store making your paycheck a little something. ~Patric

This company instructs employees to run anyone off by calling law enforcement that is not spending money and has removed all seating accommodations for customers along with not honoring prices as marked or labeled.. Public service ownership like this needs to be shut down.... ~Cliff

Y'all just lost a long time customer, I'll take my business elsewhere for now on. I refuse to do business with a company that is that blatantly against our constitutional rights, and refuses me the right to protect myself in the event of the unthinkable, because that person won't pay that sign any attention. But again, being a responsible and legal gun owner, I won't be doing business with y'all anymore because that would mean I would have to leave my carry gun unattended in my vehicle and take the chance of it being stolen, while I can just go to Food Lion across the street and not have to take that chance. I can understand not allowing open carry, but to explicitly point out regardless of conceal carry permit is over the top. I don't typically act this harsh with a business in my small town, especially when it is small business but this I can't keep quiet about. If the policy is changed, I'll retract my statement and return doing business with y'all. But until then I can't take the legal chance of either entering the establishment, or leaving a fully loaded handgun unattended in a vehicle. ~wesley

Haven't stopped by Family Dollar lately. Didn't find anything. Employee very busy unpacking merchandise. Still heard her say Hello to customers. Help Wanted sign posted on door. Many people don't want to work. ~Lisa
