I was looking for some rabbit food at my local supply store and they were out. So I figured I would check online at tractor supply. The website showed that it was in stock and they had it at a good price. When I arrived I could not find the food in question. It appeared to be out. I asked for some help and they sent the sweetest young lady to help. I think her name was Taylor. She was as sweet as could be and said she would check the back to see if they had some. Not a minute later she came out with two bags of rabbit food for our starving rabbits. Good prices, in stock food and great customer service. What more could you ask for? ~Kyle

The parking lot looks dumpy, the store was closed, the wording of the sign that was typewritten and taped onto the door was not clear if the drive-thru was open. I go to the drive-thru as did the car in front of me, we set there for a few minutes, and realized it was closed. It has happened three times this summer. ~Joann

I have 5 accounts with Fifth Third and I called this branch to ask if they could notarize a document for me. They said yes. My husband and I both took a half day from work just to do this. When we arrived the employee asked what kind of document and I stated it was a document from our mortgage company. She refused to notarize it stating the manager is "weird about mortgage notarizations." I asked why and was given no explanation. She then asked if we could refinance with them and I said not right now so she stopped the conversation. As a sales manager I can easily spot when another sales person refuses to do a customer service action because they aren't making a sale off of me that visit. I have 5 accounts with them but because my mortgage loan isn't through them they wouldn't even notarize a document for me. That's bad business and no way to treat a client of 20yrs. I have had no issue getting documents notarized at other Fifth Third branches. Do better. ~Jessica

Ordered a LARGE pizza with two non specialty toppings. The total came to $17.50. When I picked up the pizza right away I noticed the size of the pizza box. It looked like a medium pizza from everywhere else I ever ordered from. So I said to the person who handed me the pizza, this does not look like a large pizza it looks like a medium. They assured me it was a large pizza even after I opened the box and showed them how small it was. All they said was that is the size of our large pizzas. So I took the pizza home and my girlfriend seen the box when I came through the door and said I thought you ordered a large pizza not a medium, i chuckled and said that is exactly what I thought. I told her they said this is their large. Anyways we ate it and we came to the conclusion that it was about a 5-6 out of 10. Very disappointed for my first time there, for the price and the small size of the pizza I expected way more. Pizza hut beats them in taste and value for sure. We will give them one more try, but we will not be ordering the pizza. I hope the other items are a better quality and a more fair price. ~Paul
