store said opening at 8am. myself and 2 others went to the door well after 8am. didn't not open. tried pulling open but still nothing. called the store and whomever was working i asked them what time they opened. was told 8am. I let them know we had come to the door and it would not open. at which point i was rudely informed the door is open and that they were just covering. when i informed her the door was not open and people were waiting she went with a whole lot of attitude that the door was open and they didn't know where switch was. but again i tried to pull it open and it was locked. I asked who was the manager and was told again she was just covering and that they weren't there. I asked for the name of the person and again rudely informed they were there. never got the name and hung up. i will not shop at this store again. i will travel to either payne or hicksville. ~Bill

Idler pulley broke on a Sunday. Towed it to Pierce's (my parents live across the street) Monday I called and explained and was told they were booked for a week but would keep in touch Monday around 11 they said they could get to work on it the following day. Around 410 pm Monday afternoon they called and said it was done. Was extremely happy with communication and the service was much quicker than initially planned ~Matt
