Not specifically the fault of the Columbiana PO, but I received a package that was repackaged in the post office's own packing that said that they apologized for the damage during their handling. The package was ordered from eBay and should have had 3 items in it but only contained 1. Waited over 60 days after filing the initial complaint and never heard back after being told I would hear back in 30 days. Post office basically said "should have used better than first class mail" It's no wonder they lose ground every day to FedEx and UPS. Incredibly poor customer service. ~B

Had to change my review. Multiple times they tell me to pull around to wait for my food. And the person behind me is still waiting at the window when i get my food. It makes zero sense and is just really annoying. Especially when people are in front of me and it seems like they are never told to pull up to wait for their order. Be consistent at least ~Jen

I had a flat with no spare and was stuck on the side of the road. Called a few of the big guys and they told me it would be at least a week to help me. Call Newton's and they understood the circumstance and helped me right away. Very professional and I would highly recommend. ~Tod

I would never take my car ro any other mechanics. Polite,honest and gets it done in a timely manner. I've never had such an awesome mechanic. Call them if you need work done on your car. Oh and great pricing as well 😀 👍 ~Joyce

The only McDonald's where the tables are clean, the kiosk has paper in it and is stocked with table tents.The food is properly assembled, not just tossed and wrapped. Then the food is served to the table with a smile. Great job! ~Brian

Sparkle market is a grocery store. Clean, friendly small-town market. They have a nice selection of groceries including many gluten free and international foods. Produce is nice and fresh. The staff were very nice and helpful. ~Molly

What a wonderful bulk food store and deli! Great prices, friendly staff, very clean, and definitely worth a visit. They have such a good variety all around, and they have products a baker might need. Definitely worth a visit! ~MeMe
