Furniture pricing has gone up so much since the new manager started last month. Clothing/Shoes pricing is still as set by goodwill but will be looking elsewhere for other items. ~Sarah

car was dirty when I picked it up. I had to add windshield wiper fluid to it and oil was at 40%. The guy at the desk, Logan, I believe, didn't do a checkout walk around to make sure the car was OK at checkout. Same guy, didn't do a walk around to make sure things were OK at check-in. A little customer service goes along way. ~Christina

Spent 25 minutes in line. Most of it sitting at the box to order. 4 cars in front of me made it to the window and left before they even came on the speaker to tell me to wait a few more “moments.” They are of course out of ALL Mountain Dew products. Annoyed for the long wait and the fact I come here for Baja Blast I ordered anyways. Finally make it to the window to have the guy be messing around with another employee instead of working. Hands me a medium drink… I have to then tell him it’s supposed to be a LARGE drink as what is served with the combo meal. I’m like whatever I’ve been waiting way too long as it is so I leave. Get home and there’s a giant scoop of beans with no meat on this… go to eat my supposed supreme taco to find a good portion of the shell MIA. Legit looks like they got hungry in the back and were eating when they realized they needed to serve actual customers so they wrapped this hot mess up. Pictures of this joke of a meal. Seriously the worst food service and you need to hire some actual adults to work here instead of kids who just want to mess around and make people wait half an hour in the drivethru. ~Hope

Waited 25 minutes for the reserved appointment. No privacy. Not a professional room. The pharmacy only had a screen outside the pharmacy walk up. Personal, friendly nurse. I would not recommend Walgreens. ~Carolyn

Ohhh could not wait to write this one. Walked in to get the covid booster, walked out when I got a load of attitude from the pharmacist (short 30'ish plus size white woman). I requested a pharmacist administer the shot, uh ohhhh out of bounds. Flushed face..."why you so worried about that??...Ohio requires pharmacists to give vaccines anyways." WRONG. I got my first covid shot from the cashier at a different OHIO G.E.! THAT'S why I asked. And they weren't that swift either. I think they hit bone marrow. I was worried it would be ineffective since it almost went the whole way through ...yeah, exit wound. I don't assume anything anymore in Ohio....third world. ~Eigono

Don't buy car wash from here. I came here five times to wash my car. Every time it was closed. The 3rd time I went in to talk to a staff because my code would expire the next day. I was told to come the next day morning to talk to the manager. I did but their system was down. It took almost one hour to get the code extended and their car wash was closed again. After that, I came here 2 more times to wash my car. It was always closed. Go somewhere else. ~David
