Ive been a satisfied business banking customer customer up until now. I asked for a night drop key due to them now locking it and was denied. I told them I need a bank that allows night drops and will be closing all my accounts including personal and line of credit accounts and do business with a bank due to that inconvenience. The teller and assistant manager both didnt care. Based on their attitudes they really didnt care and that is really a turn off. ~Cell

Went to this Great Clips after a terrible experience at a different location (cough cough LORAIN AVENUE LOCATION cough) And lemme tell you… Ciara knows how to cut some damn hair AND style it. She literally turned a terrible experience into a wonderful day- hardly ever do you find a gem of an employee like her who listens to what the customer wants, asks questions for clarity, and knocks it right out of the park! Super thankful she cut my hair today! ♥️ ~Greg
