The following post was on Facebook today by a friend of mine. Thought it would be worth sharing to help Huntington improve as I have been a customer for years and love Huntington......
Have to let something out that has bothered me allll day . Took someone to the Huntington Bank in Genoa, in a wheel chair. she had alot of stuff to do there. there is ONE thing she should NOT have had to worry about....and that is she should Not have worried about getting in and out of their business. That is the Huntington Bank in Genoa......has so many doors close together that is hard to manuever a wheel chair thru them without help... from inside and out !!!! There were 2 tellers and 2 seperate men in 2 diff offices.....everyone stood there and sat in their comfortable chairs ....and watched us have trouble getting inside the doors. A very nice customer helped us with the last door...while the employees stood and sat watching. What kind of people stand by and watch while people have a problem that they can help with ?!?! we did her banking and on our way out, had the same problems.....as they all looked on again !!! What a poor place of business this bank is that employs lazy people that cant leave their seats or cubbies to help a customer enter/exit their business. Thanks again to the customer that helped us. ~Diana
