Friendly staff in the office. That's the only good I can say about their buisness. I ordered a used engine that came out of a running car. After installing new spark plugs, wires, timing belt and water pump I installed it and returned the core. I noticed that the engine had a major oil leak coming from the front seal. I found that the engine had a large amount of blow by. After dealing and waiting days with the warranty department they sent me another engine. While the young guy was loading the engine in the bed of my truck he bumped my tailgate with the forklift. It did no damage. After I got it home I took the timing cover off to install a new timing belt and water pump. I found the timing belt was extremely loose. Also that the bolt in the timing belt tensioner was missing. The cam was 180 degrees off from where it should be. They ordered me another engine. I then returned the 2nd engine and found that the 3rd engine they sent me was the wrong one. I asked the manager if they would deliver me the correct engine (number 4) to my house. They refused because they don't deliver to residents. I asked for my money back and will never waste my time, or fuel driving to their facility again. It was a complete waste from start to finish. There needs to be quality checks done and do a better job marking their inventory. ~Josh
