I called them today and said mu Daughter wanted her two cats checked out. They asked if they have ever been there before I said no. I was told they are not taking new patients. I have been told by our people they take all new. ~Penny

I first went to Bridal Village for my wedding in 2004. I found the exact bridesmaid dresses I originally found in a magazine. They were being discontinued, but they found a way to get them ordered for me anyway! They were gorgeous and I think I loved them more than my wedding dress. My soon to be sister-in-law was around 10 at the time and was not thrilled about trying on dresses. They did such an awesome job that she was smiling by the end of the visit. Fast forward to early 2020, I was helping to plan my sister-in-law's wedding and we went here first. We had three other appointments this day and we ended up canceling all of them. This shop does so much to make everyone feel comfortable and I am grateful to have them near me and for all the help they have provided over the years. I should add that we delayed the wedding because of the global pandemic, and they were very accommodating. We even had to order a different size for one of the bridesmaids and they just made it work out for us. I plan to bring my daughter back here when she has her first prom. :) ~Beth
