Would give a 0, but the employees are nice. Second defective vape I’ve bought from this place. $40 down the drain. Should probably make people try them in store after purchase to see if they work. Would be better for business. Or at least have an employee follow you outside to see if it works due to it being a vape. ~Stephanie
