We recently had two events that impacted our "personal business" situation. We moved to a new city and our agent of 24 years retired. Brad Schwab's agency is only a couple miles from our new residence, so we decided move our home and auto policies to him. Fortunately, we found that Julie Rolfe had also moved from my former agent to Brad's agency. We enjoyed the same rapport with Julie that we did with our former agent. Julie has helped us with all manner of services over the years, answering questions on coverage as they came up and keeping an eye on my son's payment history. I cannot commend her attention to detail and customer service highly enough. I certainly give her five out of five stars. Brad is very personable and it seems likely that we will develop a similar long term relationship with him, but Julies presence in that office adds a level of comfort, continuity and confidence that should satisfy us well into the future.
