We have been waiting for a tractor for 6 months. Would have absolutely gone to another dealer if Rural king would have been honest and up front about the shipping delays. Their own employees don't have a phone number for leadership. They have to email to get responses and even then, they cannot provide accurate shipping updates. Tractor Bill has been as helpful as he can, but his own company wont even provide him with accurate info or a phone number so that he can be informed. I am shocked that they can even stay in the tractor business because of their poor practices. Now our tractor is sitting on a trailer in Waverly "waiting for a driver to ship it to Heath". No one has a clue when it will be here. We asked if we could just go get it ourselves and were refused that option. I highly doubt it's on a trailer. We have probably been lied to about that too. I'll believe it exists when it's sitting in my driveway. Is that going to take another 6 months? Super disappointing. So many projects we've had to put off because of your poor service. ~Erica
