They don't close at 9, don't be fooled by the hours! Apparently they're only doing 5-7 on Week days now! They really need to change this as I drove from across town to get my prescriptions only to walk in and find that they were already closed! Called and waited on the phone for a solid 30 minutes to let them know they should change the hours on Google as well. They were very rude about it and I was as nice as I could be to them. Switching pharmacies as soon as I can because this place SUCKS! ~Breann

Winner of the Dirtiest and Most Cluttered Store I Have Ever Visited! I initially attributed it to the holidays when I first visited, but it has consistently remained filthy and unsafe on the subsequent trips I’ve made. The aisles are always cluttered with partially unloaded stock that they just never shelf. It is difficult to navigate and I am certain they are a fire marshall or ADA visit away from a citation. There is often open food and fast food cups thrown on shelves. The shelves they do stock are cluttered, making it difficult to find things. We have seen dead mice hanging out in parking spaces. The employees are a mixed bag, some can barely function, and some have attitudes that prevent them from functioning in a friendly manner. We have discontinued visiting this store. ~Wayside

Kept the 26' Penske truck/moving van longer than anticipated, owing to extreme, unforeseen difficulties in moving entire household 210 miles. Received a call from a man who threatened to report the truck stolen if I didn't return it as initially scheduled. Personnel seemed overly anxious to secure and inspect truck as if it had been stolen, upon its return. Paid over $2,000.00 in fees, fuel, et cetera over 14 day useage. Shabby, rude reception! U-Haul, next time, NOT Penske!!! ~Robert

I was there very late almost closing time. It was not crowded great customer service. That exactly what I was looking for I went directly to it it was on the shelf where it was supposed to be got in and out of there quite quickly. So glad it's within walking distance of my house there's many other shops in that strip mall I enjoy my walk down there. ~Rachael

If you make an appointment for the COVID vaccine on the app that asks for a DOB that shows a person is under 18, then obviously they got the Pfizer vaccine. Why allow it to schedule the vaccine if you don't have it? I get there and you tell us all you have is Moderna and that's for 18 and over. That's ridiculous.
