I have now brought 3 of my dogs here. With all 3 of them I have got THE BEST service. They stay late to stitch up your dog that decided it would be a good idea to jump through the chicken coop on a Friday afternoon. The doctors go out of their way to make sure the dogs as well as you are comfortable. They stay way past closing hours to make sure the dogs are comfortable and set for the night, go out of their way (after working an extremally long day) to pick up more medicine on the way home and send pictures and videos updating you when you can't be reached. They take their time and carefully explain all the different scenarios of treatments with an extreme amount of patience. The nurses especially Lauren is the best at taking care of the puppies. She is caring and takes her time explaining what is going on. The front desk is amazing at helping getting payments refunded and re-processed. Thank you all so so much for taking care of our babies!!
