I grew up loving Nichols Hill Drug pharmacy, they used to have excellent customer services. I’ve been loyal. Unfortunately, just like chains Wallgreens and Walmart, they can make mistakes and get prescriptions wrong. Most recently, they filled a prescription I didn’t need filled, billed me, then would not return it. Hopefully they will turn things around. ~Alex
