I don’t leave negative reviews, but unfortunately when I called Verizon to speak to a person about it, it was not possible to reach a person. I was in the store in Lebanon. I got there one hour before closing. The employee was standing behind the desk waiting for the the data to transfer to multiple phones for another customer. Other than that she wasn’t doing anything at all, just standing and watching multiple phones. She did not acknowledge my daughter and I when we came in, so we sat for about 15 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. When I realized she wasn’t doing anything other than standing and waiting for data to transfer, I decided to walk up to briefly explain how she can help me because she never acknowledged our presence and I didn’t understand what was happening. She then proceeded to tell me that unfortunately she won’t be able to help me today because it’s going to take a long time for the other customers data to transfer. She said “as you heard, this data is going to take up to 3 hours to transfer” assuming I was listening to her conversation with the other customer. She was going to let me sit there until closing. I told her I would have appreciated if she told me that she can’t help me today when I got in. She said to come in another day. It was just insanely rude. ~Jenny
