Dipty is the best bank employee I've ever dealt with. She just put me at ease and made my transaction so much easier. The parking lot here is decent, unlike some banks. But really, the service is what makes me love this location. She was just so kind and pleasant. Wish there were only Diptys at every PNC. ~G.L.

I put $20 in the PA Skill machine here. Lost half and decided to cash out the remaining $10. Apparently, the cashier said that he could not cash my ticket and to come back tomorrow. I am not from Ambler so that’s very inconveniencing for me. He stated that the owner of the machine did not leave him money to payout to winners. If this is true then you need to have a disclaimer posted on the machines or at least notify players before putting cash into the machines. I honestly think he was lying because he knew I was not from the area and for other reasons. Nonetheless this was a bad experience for me here and unprofessional service from the stores clerk. ~Tyrone

I got a pillow and a cute holiday gift for a friend! Staff is super nice- not pushing you to buy anything! The woman at the register was awesome! She wrapped my gift so I didn’t have too. ~Brenna
