I was at the store November 2021 for a black Friday special, after checking my account they told me I was a Sprint preferred costumer and I was eligible for 3 free phone for swapping from my Sprint account to T-Mobile . Fast forward to now I have been monthly charged for the phones that I did not needed , I also mailed to them 3 perfect phones that I did not need to upgrade , this deal looked to good to let pass by and I end up believing them and going for the deal. After 6 phones calls several ours with costumer service the problem still not resolved , 2 times they told me they saw that the promotion code didn't go through and promised they would fix it and still nothing !!! Disappointment it is an under statement ! I am planning a law suit since I have all the paper work with the employee hand writing . ~Nathalia
