These guys are very quick. I was unloaded in like 15minutes. Never have a problem here. They are truck friendly. I believe they have overnight. Can come early for appt. They don't open till 0715. Staff very cool. ~Mark

I'm pretty sure the store/employees are great just like every other store I've been to! However, this review goes to their same day delivery service company called Pickup. The company had a lady deliver an item which I had to return to my local store because it shrieked like cigarettes and incense not to mention the bag was pantry wrinkled. The lady waited for me inside her car and waved at me expecting me to come to her car to get the stuff. No delivery whatsoever only car-ride the item to the address' sidewalk. I could've done that myself. $95 fee for the kind of service is a huge red flag. Big lots needs to drop that delivery company. They can find a better one for sure! I have taken my scrap metal, and catalytic converters, and ect. to a couple different places in the area. Not only do they give great fair prices here, but these guys give all around great service. Give great info, always upfront and honest. And again great prices to top it off. After dealing with pretty much everyone else in a 50 mile radius. These guys are the best and i will go here every time. Only down side is. You have to call in advance to see if they are gonna be there. But worth the wait. ~Gary

Love these guys. Always friendly and polite. Great shop to take your vehicles too if having issues. Always go the extra mile to try and take care of whatever it maybe that you need.
