My husband and I had iPhone 8s for the last 5 years. We waited as long as we possibly could before doing an upgrade because we are that averse to any change! However, we had a Great experience from purchase of our new phones to delivery and set up. Everyone was super friendly & attentive and showed us how to use the iPhone 12s we purchased. I was in the store yesterday with my golden retriever pup and out of no where was faced with 2 large German Sheppard both off leash and nobody even watching them. My dog was very upset as those dogs quickly approached us and stood over my dog which was on a leash. This is the second time this has happen to me and both time the guy was not in control of the off leash dogs. I thought there was a store policy or something. I think I will be going to a different tsc to avoid the almost inevitable situation that is going to happen. Well it’s not happening to my baby. So if you go there with you dogs beware ~Angela
