Generally an ok run -of-the mill bank. Share a joint account w my spouse, was locked out of my online account. Ok whatever, just call the bank and have them reset it ,right? But no, this is where it gets rather medieval. I have to have my spouse call in to reset it even tho I am on the account, my money is in the account and I set up the account with him. No to mention we both actively use the account. But, O! its unthinkable that I could change the password on my own, what would women do next if that would be allowed.! Despite the sarcasm , this is infuriating and unacceptable. ~Saray
