My old credit union merged with LRRCU and have been a member 12 years. However, I've had nothing but problems every time I need a new debit card. 1st of all they charge you $5 since card cracked. All the other cards in my wallet I have no problem with. Now I can't get my PIN changed. The excuse I get is were have problems with the PIN system which is a 3rd party. Answer, hire a different company. Time to change credit unions. Go to members first and put LRRCU out of business. ~Michael

These guys will do everything they possibly can to take care of you. They will try to find you lower prices on parts, treat you well, and help you if they can’t find another spot that will help you.
