My old credit union merged with LRRCU and have been a member 12 years. However, I've had nothing but problems every time I need a new debit card. 1st of all they charge you $5 since card cracked. All the other cards in my wallet I have no problem with. Now I can't get my PIN changed. The excuse I get is were have problems with the PIN system which is a 3rd party. Answer, hire a different company. Time to change credit unions. Go to members first and put LRRCU out of business. ~Michael
