When I got my pup and he was sick, they got me in right away! All other places were full. Since then, they have continued to be reliable and able to get me in when needed. They are so kind and compassionate! They work well with my wild hyper 50Lb+ dog. They are so patient with me and answer all of my (many) questions fast! That is something I TRULY appreciate as I am a worried fur mama! ~Lexi
