I had a very good experience here. I took in my Modified BMW for my annual inspection and an alignment. Normally shops will turn down my car because of my Modified suspension, but Gordon's auto has all of the right equipment and very knowledgeable techs. The tech took his time and dialed in my car and it is straight as an arrow! The tech was nice enough to show me all the adjustments he made, and where he adjusted them. Wow! Great customer service. I recently had a wedding in the area and Athea went above and beyond to make sure all of the details of my beer purchases and deliveries were perfect. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, and he also wanted nothing more but to ensure we had no worries the day of wedding. I understand the family also owns a few grocery stores. They definitely understand the value of local business. If I lived in that area, I wouldn't shop any where else. What a local gem. ~George

GREAT food as always. The Chicken Salad was the perfect lunch for a warm day on their large covered patio. My buddy had the Steak Wrap which he said was delicious.... it definitely looked tasty. Great Place for any occasion or just to fill your belly with some really good food. Prices were reasonable and the staff was very friendly and attentive. FIVE STARS ALL AROUND!!!!! ~Alan

Much better than the downtown Beaver Falls location. Almost always nice and stocked and don’t have to wait too long in line. My only issue is the cramped, awkward parking lot. It’s super hard to get in and out sometimes without blocking traffic. ~Ashley

This is a very extremely rude man very unprofessional units are extremely unkept and rats all over the place I have pictures of rat feces on my furniture, when I called to ask about what was he was going to do about it he wouldn't even give me his name. I wouldn't give this place at the time of day at this point to someone else rented our storage unit for us because we were in Wisconsin for prior military and we've never had any issues this bad in our entire history of moving all over the United States strongly recommend that no one use this business! I am 7 months pregnant and I have no other option than to leave the furniture here that has rat urine and poo on it for the safety of my children. This man has no couth and no understanding of what it means to be a businessman with integrity and honor, he is definitely top of the slumlord list I feel sorry for anyone who rents from him at this point he definitely takes advantage of those in a tight bind it's worth it to go to other places even if its 20 or more extra a month this man's place is horrible and he is a horrible person! ~Jodi
