Rented movies via website only to go to the red box location after work to find that the kiosk was out of service. This is after I already had paid for the three videos and was just picking them up. Very frustrating because now I have to try and contact someone to either get my money back or get the videos at another location. The kiosk shouldn’t accept orders if it’s down. ~Michael
