I'm from Massachusetts and was working at the Great Wolf in Pocono temporarily, my water pump and serpentine belt went while I was out there. J&B came and towed my car to their garage and saved a stranded me. They were so nice, professional and generally really amazing people. They fixed my car and got me back on the road the same day. ~Caitlin
