This CVS is awful! They are continually losing pharmacists, techs and clerks. The pharmacy is a hot mess. The woman who answers the phone is rude and downright nasty. I tried putting in for a refill and she argued that it could not be filled until October. Telling her to check again, as I knew it was due, made her angrier. Then the phone dropped. I called back and she SCREAMED at me. After a few choice words (mostly hers) I ended the call. I called the front store and thr pharmacist spoke with me. The store knows this employee is a problem but keeps her. Called today (September 12) and found she never put in the script in! CVS you STINK! ~Anita
