This bank needs to know that their poor customer service policy of not giving change for a $20 bill, or change of any kind, to a non customer, is rude, arrogant, insulting and pointless. Horrible customer service. The only consolation is that the teller apologized for this absurdity. That is the only reason for even one star. Also, another bank down the street was shocked at this policy as well. An experience like this ensures that My family and I will never return to this bank for any future banking needs. ~Teresa
